Chalet Plampraz

A lovely modern chalet located on the heights of Samoëns, perfectly placed on the road towards the Col de Joux Plane and with a free ski bus stop less than 30m away!

Chalet Plampraz is characterised by a thoughtful layout with large windows, well appointed interiors, an enormous south-facing terrace with panoramic views of the valley, a heated swimming pool and a large private garden. The garden has children’s play equipment as well as a “pétanque” court.

When you enter the chalet, you will find a large living room with a beautiful, modern open-plan kitchen and dining area. You will also find on the ground floor a WC, a double bedroom (queen size bed) with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped laundry and a lockable garage which services as a ski/boot room. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which have double beds (140 cm) and a shared bathroom. The third bedroom has a king size bed as well as a bunk bed. This bedroom also profits with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace, perfect for soaking in the incredible views with a cup of coffee in the morning!

La Grange

A spectacularly renovated, traditional Savoyard barn, thoughtfully designed for a wonderful holiday! The barn blends the traditional wooden Savoyard style characterised by exposed beams and wood panelling with fully modern amenities.
Well located on the road to the col du Joux Plane, La Grange also profits from a ski bus stop within 30m. La Grange has amazing views of the valley and profits from a south facing exposure!

The living space is 90m², divided on three levels:
– on the ground floor you will find the entry and laundry, with space for ski, boot and coat storage
– on the first floor, there are the living spaces – a large open-plan kitchen and dining area. The living area also has a comfortable couch with a large TV. On this floor, there is also a double bedroom, WC and access to the balcony,
– on the second floor, you will find a large twin bedroom and bathroom.
